 The cottage is both quaint and modern. It blends all the comforts and convenience of home with a real cottage country vacation.

Inside Amenities:

• 2 bedrooms, plus single cot, large 4 piece bathroom, full kitchen.
• Cable television with "The Movie Network" and local community channel (on all 3 televisions)
• 3 televisions, 3 DVD players, 2 VCR's and a large selection (40) of classic family and children's movies and cartoons (available upon request).
• Regular private telephone service in the cottage and Free long-distance to USA/Canada (available upon request in the main office only).
• An electric fireplace and plush sectional couch in the livingroom.
• 6 full size Appliances: Dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, stove and microwave.

Outside Amenities:

• Outdoor fire pit (wood available upon request, small fee).
• Horseshoes.
Badminton.
• Sand box with pail, shovels etc., provided.
• Full size BarBQ and picnic table (propane provided).
• And of Course!!  The 40 foot lobster fishing boat which serves as the patio/deck of the cottage!
