There is a single fold down cot and a large comfy sectional couch (not pullout) that may be used for children under 16 only. If you group has 6 people the 2 extra people must be children under 16 and there is additional charge of $40 per week. Whether you have 1 or 2 extra children, the additional charge will be the same and is not per extra child. Examples: 2 couples and 2 children or 1 couple and 4 children in early June would be $125 + $10 per night or $699 + $40 per week. Our pricing reflects our committment to making family vacations affordable! The cottage is rented out weekly during the summer season, with a 4 night minimum stay. During the off season, a 2 night minimum stay is required. CHECK IN - 4PM CHECK OUT - 11AM PoliciesShip-to-Shore Getaway is a non-smoking cottage.ReservationsIf booking more than one month in advance, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.If booking less than one month prior to arrival date, payment is required in full at time of booking. PetsI have a no-pets policy. However, there is an excellent dog boarding facility just 5 minutes walking distance from the cottage. You can pick up your dog when you go exploring ( please note that no dogs are allowed on or in cottage property ). Please contact me for more information about this option for your dog. |
